Knoxville — Knoxville Street Superintendent Dennis Webb tells the Journal-Express that the intersection of Pleasant Street and Highway 14 should be reopened by Thursday.
As you can see in the photo, progress has been made on the intersection, which has been closed for months. The contractor has until Nov. 15 to complete the project.
No change in building recommendation
As of Friday afternoon, Knoxville City Manager Harold Stewart said his recommendation to the City Council to accept ownership of 110 East Robinson has not changed.
