1. Board of Supervisors - The Marion Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on October 8, 2012 at 8:30a.m.. in the first floor conference room of the Marion County Courthouse. The Board of Supervisors will discuss the following petition: Petition #751 – Jesse Peterson is requesting the rezoning of a parcel described as the NE1/4 Parcel F 23-77-18 from A-1 to A-R to allow for a fifth buildable lot in the quarter- quarter section. A request to waive the second and third reading will be made.

The legal description being Parcel C of the W1/2 of the NE1/4 of 36-76-20; A/K/A 1226 Hwy 14, Knoxville. The Board is ask to waive readings two and three.

Authorize final publication and order the zoning director to change the Marion County Zoning Map.

3. Discussion and action as necessary authorizing the Board of Supervisor chair’s signature of the 2012 Marion County Weed Commissioner’s Report to be submitted to the Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship.
