Knoxville — The Marion County Board of Supervisors will meet in regular session on Monday, Oct. 8, at 8:30 a.m. The full agenda is pasted below.

  V. PUBLIC HEARINGS – Open _________________________

 

1. Board of Supervisors - The Marion Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on October 8, 2012 at 8:30a.m.. in the first floor conference room of the Marion County Courthouse. The Board of Supervisors will discuss the following petition: Petition #751 – Jesse Peterson is requesting the rezoning of a parcel described as the NE1/4 Parcel F 23-77-18 from A-1 to A-R to allow for a fifth buildable lot in the quarter- quarter section. A request to waive the second and third reading will be made.

The legal description being Parcel C of the W1/2 of the NE1/4 of 36-76-20; A/K/A 1226 Hwy 14, Knoxville. The Board is ask to waive readings two and three.
