Knoxville — Knoxville Police Chief Dan Losada is enacting Knoxville's snow ordinance, beginning tonight.
Knoxville’s Snow Ordinance goes into effect at 7 p.m. tonight. Any vehicle found parked on any street after that time may be cited or towed.
