The City Council has discussed and reviewed potential sites for a future dog park within the City of Knoxville. Staff has identified two possible sites (City-owned) for the future park which are near or outside City limits. Site #1 was located to the East of the Marion County Humane Society building. Site #2 is located between the new access road to the Sewer Plant, and the Bailey Farm property to the north. Each of the sites present great opportunity and each site has its own challenges.
