Knoxville — A two-vehicle accident occurred at the corner of Lincoln and Robinson in Knoxville around 4 p.m. Monday afternoon.
According to Officer Kenny Hucks of the Knoxville Police Department, a Lincoln Navigator was northbound on Highway 14 (Lincoln Street) among some stopped traffic. A white Ford pickup was southbound on the same road and attempted to turn east. The truck pulled in front of the Navigator and the vehicles hit head on.
The female driver of the Navigator was transported to the Pella Regional Health Center for observation. The truck driver was not. Names were not released, as the accident remains under investigation.
