To the editor:
A great big ROSE to the Knoxville City Council members, volunteers, neighbors and the City Street Department that performed back-breaking work in the days of heat and humidity to clean up Edwards Park. Also, thanks to the two lady city council members who diligently water the downtown flower urns and baskets every day. Community pride is alive and well in Knoxville!
