CENTERVILLE — An accident was reported at approximately 8:15 a.m. Tuesday between an Appanoose County gravel truck and Amish buggy with two occupants inside. One was taken by ambulance to the Centerville Municipal Airport to be airlifted to Des Moines, The accident occurred in the 12000 block 580th Street southwest of Numa.
