RV-TV to visit Pella

PELLA — Pella has been selected to host the Annual WHO Channel 13 “RV-TV Tour” with hosts Andy Fales and Keith Murphy.

The tour will arrive into Pella between 11 a.m. - noon on September 6th. The south side of the square will serve as their campgrounds for the evening as they make their way to the Iowa vs. Iowa State game on Saturday, September 8, in Iowa City.

The Pella Convention & Visitors Bureau and Pella Chamber of Commerce are teaming-up to host our own Iowa-Iowa State Tailgate downtown that evening. A number of games, contests and activities plus a host of vendors have been lined-up as WHO Channel 13 will broadcast live from Pella during their broadcasts at 5 p.m., 6 p.m. and 10 p.m.

Bring your family and show your support whether you’re an Iowa fan or Iowa State fan, you can participate in the “Best-dressed Fan Contest”, battle for a team win in tug-of-war or challenge another fan to a tailgating game such as “Corn Toss” or “Ladder Golf”. Plan to be present for the 6 p.m. broadcast for a special event hosted by the Pella City Band.

Come join the fun for a night of Family fun with the guests; Andy Fales and Keith Murphy.

For more information contact Jill or Karen at 628.2626 or email pellcvb@pella.org.
